Västan

Along the nice river walk on Älvstranden there are several sculptures with a common theme - the wind. Amongst others there is the Temple of the Winds of which I have recently posted a photo. This sculpture is called Västan and I think it refers to the wind blowing from the west. It reminds of a totem pole and I think it is very pretty. Apparently, there are supposed to be four of these sculptures along the river walk, one for each cardinal direction.
